SYRCL’s Wild & Scenic® Film Festival – Films To Change Your World
SYRCL’s 9th Annual Wild & Scenic® Film Festival kicks off in just over two weeks, beginning Friday, January 14 and running through Sunday, January 16, 2011. This year we are showing 110 films (62 of them premieres) in 7 venues, several with Blu-Ray and High-Def! We are hosting over 100 filmmakers and activists who will participate in Q&A’s after his or her’s respective film and some leading workshops at the Activist Center. Speaking of the Activist Center, we have 2-days planned of inspiring, informative and motivating workshops that are free to the public. We will have all the usual festival favorites including Friday Night Opening Music, the Media Lounge, Art Shows, Parties, and Saturday Morning Cartoons!
